Full-Time Position

Qualifications

· Requires a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work or a related field from an accredited college or university 

Responsibilities and Duties

•This position will be a blended role where you have a clinical caseload but are also responsible for a variety of clinical admin/supervisory duties

•You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight in the areas of clinical documentation, ethics, risk and legal compliance

•In addition, you will support the clinical team and will be a guiding resource for creating training and support

•To ensure success as a Clinical Supervisor, you should be able to take the lead and create a solid team of QMHPs that continue to provide amazing service and align with company mission

•Complete Intake assessments and reassessments as needed

•Complete Treatment Plans

•Update treatment plans every 90 days and as needed for all clients

•Conduct monthly chart audits

•Review notes weekly to assess for medical necessity

•Provide weekly supervision to unlicensed case workers/QMHPs to analyze cases and progress toward treatment goals

•Complete initial CANS/ANSA assessment and ensure QMHPs complete forthgoing

•Participates in staff training assignments, as requested

•Provides support to programs with agency policies and procedures

•Participates in the agency's Performance Improvement initiative

•Attend company and team meetings

•Understands, acknowledges, and agrees to adhere to Medicaid

•Handle client issues as needed from the QMHP caseload

Technology Skills

· Medical software — Client information database systems; Patient electronic medical record EMR software   

· Office suite software — Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word   

Google Apps 

Pay Range- 60,000 to 70,000
